Privacy Policy

Keel Agents is operated by Keel Automation LLC ("Keel", "we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use keelagents.ai and app.keelagents.ai (the "Service"), why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data. Name, email address, company name, role, and authentication identifiers from the sign-in method you choose (email, Google, or Microsoft).
• Content. Messages you send to agents, files you upload, agent memory, skills, and the output agents produce. Content is owned by the company account that created it.
• Connections. When you connect a third-party tool, we store the access token needed to act on your behalf and a log of the actions taken. We do not store your third-party passwords.
• Usage and billing. Credits used per model, seat counts, invoices, and payment status. Card details are held by Stripe; we store only a reference.
• Technical data. IP address, browser, and request logs kept for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: run agents, store memory, execute connections you authorized, and bill the company account.
• To send transactional email such as invites, confirmations, credit notices, and receipts.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train models. Model providers we send requests to are contractually restricted from training on that data.

Who we share it with

Subprocessors that help us run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Fly.io (compute), Cloudflare (network and hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Composio (tool connections), and the model providers you select (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and OpenRouter). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We share data with authorities only when legally required.

Company administrators

Your company's administrators can see usage by member, manage seats and connections, and may review agent activity as permitted by the company's own policies. If you have questions about how your company uses the Service, contact your administrator.

Retention

We keep account and content data while the company account is active. When a company cancels, data is deleted within 30 days of the end of the paid period unless a longer retention is required by law. Backups roll off within 35 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Members can do most of this in the app; for anything else, email privacy@keelagents.ai. If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies

The app uses a session cookie and local storage to keep you signed in. The marketing site uses no tracking cookies.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post updates here and notify company administrators by email for material changes.
